October 15, 2025. As part of the republican campaign "One country - one book", a literary evening entitled "Legends of the Spirituality of the Nation" was held, dedicated to the work of the outstanding writer, poet, artist Taken Alimkulov and the outstanding poet in the genre of poetry Zhumeken Nazhimedenov. The goal of the campaign is to read and promote the best works of our national literature, preserve our spiritual heritage, as well as provide spiritual, moral and patriotic education to young people. The literary evening began with the national anthem to the words of Zhumeken Nazhimedenov, performed by Askhat Baidauletov, a 1st year student of VI-11 BBB. The event began with a video dedicated to the life of the poet Zh. Nazhimedenov and the writer T. Alimkulov. Rita Sultangaliyeva, Associate Professor of M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University, Candidate of Philological Sciences, shared valuable information, focusing in detail on the lives and works of the twin stars of Kazakh literature, T. Alimkulov and Zh. Nazhimedenov. During the evening, the poet's works were performed by the student of the KTA(IP)-21 group U. Oryngali "We are ourselves", the student of the G- IP 11 group A. Lesbay "Bairau cloud slows down the new road", the student of the KYAL IP-17 group A. Nurlanovna "Zhan-zharym, at the bottom of that green poplar", the student of the MO13 group M. Mukhammediyar Tengiz, the student of the YUR-11 group A. Sovetuly "My nature is easy sometimes", the student of the KTA(IP)-23 group A. Bimukhan "My country", the student of the KTA IP -23 D. Tulebay Auldy sagynu, the student of the KYAL Ip-11 group A. Myrzagerey "Kos konyr kaz", the student of the G- 11ir Zhumantai Yernur "Your beloved beauty", the student of the UiA-12 group R. Galbieva "Poet and girl", the student of the KTA -41 group student B. Mukhtarov read the poems "Dala" with an accent. Gradually, questions were asked about the poet's work and feedback was given with interest from the students. During the evening, Ayazhan Nurlanovna, a student of the KYAL ip-17 group, performed the kumbhirlegen kyui "Erke sylkym". Librarian R. Mazimova conducted a bibliographic review of the book exhibition "Legends of the Spirituality of the Nation" dedicated to the works of the writer T. Alimkuov and the poet Zh. Nazhimedenov. At the end of the evening, the head of the reader's demand department, Sadap Suyesinovna, expressed her gratitude to the students of each faculty who participated in the event.
