On April 23, in honor of National Book Day and Librarian's Day, an event titled "Landmarks of the Literary Region: Inquiry, Research, Results" was held. The event featured Zeynolla Zhaksylyquly Mutiev, Professor of West Kazakhstan University named after M. Utemisov, Candidate of Philological Sciences, and Associate Professor of the Language, Literature, and Information Educational Program, alongside students from the Faculty of Philology.
During the event, Zeynolla Zhaksylyquly emphasized the importance of reading and the significance of promoting the culture and spiritual wealth of the motherland. He highlighted the creative works of writers who portray the literary image of the region and celebrate the power of the word.
Professor Mutiev also presented the results of grant-funded projects conducted between 2018 and 2025, which led to the publication of more than ten significant works, including:

Scientific monographs;

Literary chrestomathies;

Educational programs and scientific articles.
In addition to the presentation, a book exhibition titled "Literary Landmarks" (Әдеби өлке айшықтары) was organized, showcasing the published research and regional literary heritage for the attendees.
