October 20, 2025. In the Pedagogy, Culture and Art Reading Room, an event entitled “The Librarian is a Wise Man, the Reader is a Possessor of Goodness” was held on October 24, in honor of Librarians' Day. The event was attended by students of the IYA-11 group of the Foreign Languages ​​Education Program, students of the Pedagogy and Philology faculties. First, librarian Zh.B. Kubiyeva introduced the exhibition of new literature that had arrived in the reading room. During the event, fun quiz questions, melodious songs and warm wishes were listened to. The students were divided into two groups and participated in a competitive game on creativity, unity, and artistic speech. At the event, a student of the NO-32 group Zholaman Ayan M. Zhumabayev’s poem “Karagym” and a student of the NO-33 group Nagmetova Aigerim “Kitapkhanashi” were read expressively, and a student of the NO-33 group Satybaldy Aknur sang the song “Zhaksy akalamym” and gave the readers a good mood.
