November 14, 2025. Within the framework of the project "Educational Center for the Promotion of Science" on the topic "Scientific Cataloging of Manuscripts and Rare Books (Based on the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan)" an open lecture was given by Osman Kabadayi, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Department of Ancient Turkish Language, Head of the Department of "Turkish Language" under the Rectorate, Kirshehir Ahi Evran University, Faculty of Science and Literature. The open lecture was attended by students of the educational program of library pedagogical service and the Faculty of Philology and the scientific library staff. During the lecture, he shared his knowledge and importance of working with scientific cataloging of manuscripts and rare books. Questions were asked by librarians. Osman Kabadayi donated his book "KAZAKCA AT KOSUM TAKIMLARi" (Names of Kazakh horse harnesses) to the scientific library. The book contains historical comparative lexical studies. The event was interesting and impressive.
